RE: FI conversion



I was all ready to put FI in my Notch, its 12V and I even had an NOS harness
to use, however, with the help of the list and Mr Fye himself, Ive got the
stock carbs running well enough to keep me happy.  Someday maybe... but its
not on the list anymore.  If I had to drive it year round I might.

I WOULD convert any car that was originally FI back though, that wouldn't be
too hard if you don't mind going through the swaps for some parts.

I'd say that it could probably be done rather easily to any 12 V car, but it

would take a lot of parts that most people wouldn't have. You could also put
FI 
in a 6 V car, but that would take a 6 to 12 V inverter, and possibly a 12 V 
battery.

I can see it being done as a challenge, but I really wouldn't recommend it.
