I've got a 73 Fastback which I bought in the beginning of the summer. It has 36K miles, so obviously it's spent significant portions of it's life sitting. The right front brake was locking up easily, so I wanted to rebuild brakes all together, since it's a good thing to know you can stop.
Anyway. The calipers definitely need rebuilding - each one has a piston which seems to be sticking. I don't know that the wheel cylinders or master cylinder need rebuilding - I just thought that while the system was torn apart already would be a good time to do it. I bought rebuild kits for all of them - but so far I know that the wheel cyl kits I got are the wrong ones ... so, what would it cost to have you rebuild these? Let me know if you need to know more info.
Incidentally - thanks for all the knowledge you share on the Type 3 list. Finding the list gave me the confidence to actually buy my baby, since I figured that with resources like the knowledge on the list, I could justify buying a 3 year old car!
