I believe his problem was not one of being unable to turn the engine over with the starter, but rather one of a possible large current draw even after the key was returned from the START position. > does the engine turn over reasonably? sure its not stuck or hydrolocked? My impression is that he found a wiring problem somewhere and this problem is now fixed.
