Right on both cases; and unless they are the same as Bug ones you aren't likely to find any urethane ones. I would look for good used ones, here in the North the rubber under the car is likely to still be good. I have lots of IRS stuff but not swing. Im sure there are others with good swing bushings. [raise it up. ] It looks like the bushings around the rear torsion bars / spring plate, are no good, and he's suggesting I replace them. He says their are two types out there, they hard ones [ I forget what he said, eurothane? ] or the after market rubber ones. He says the hard ones will squeak, but the aftermarket rubber ones don't last more than a year or two. So, what are people using there? --fess ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
