I'm afraid you're right, but I'm always afraid I'll throw away the 
part I need next week. In 35 years I've needed exactly one IAD. That 
was an MT '71 where the throttle shaft had come loose from its 
actuating arm. It was easier to replace it than to try to fix it.

I've actually sold several of those. They tend to get left out when 
someone cleans out under the back seat or replaces the VR. I'm always 
amazed at the parts people will just leave out when they think they 
are done with a job.
