The usual failure is that the roll pins which attach each cam to the shaft either shear off or fall out. Check that, if that's the problem you can just drive in new pins and you're done. It's not hard and you might be able to find pins at a good hardware store. > Is it easier when the seats are dismantled while reupholstering?
