With the SUV I am supposed to not have to pull the wife out of ditches and snow drifts. Besides, What am I supposed to use to tow the dead VW's long distances home with. I am using the KIA this summer to tow a '58 T-2 and many parts back from Washington. A 40 year old VW would not have made the trip like I made this last weekend. Over 1650 miles in one weekend. Plus I brought home a T-3 long block, an early T-3 rear bumper, and a full set of early heater boxes. Plus many other parts. -- Russ Wolfe '71 FB AT '66 FB MT '64 T34 (not running) '65 T1 (not running) '05 KIA Sorento SUV russw@classicvw.org http://www.classicvw.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
