I can tell you I am PUMPED!!!  Dave and Matt have worked on this  
Notchback for quite a while now (my wife wonders if we will ever  
finish it ...) and today we have painted primer over the whole car.  
It looks great! Have a look at the picture at

You folks have helped us enormously as we have plodded our way down  
the road to restoration and I wanted to share our excitement with  
you. With primer on the car I feel that we are a BIG step closer to  
the 2006 Invasion. I thought that I would post a pic on the Samba to  
share with you. of course there are lots at the SUDAMA webpage.

Well, now I think I deserve a beer - anyone want to join me?
