Thanks Russ for the help on fitting the new pan seal. With the help  
of some friends and brother, we lifted the shell and placed it and  
bolted it to the pan. Then we attached all the fenders, doors and  
hoods and took this photo ... I have uploaded a photo to Samba at

here is the car as it now sits, complete with engine. it's hard to  
believe that this has become a whole year project and lots of money.  
But I think that the car looks great.

And we can see our way to the 2006 Invasion ....
