[T3] Seat belt attachment

In our Notch there are what appears to be mounting points for seat  
belts. There is one on each of the posts and two behind where the  
rear seats will be. However, the holes are at least 1 inch in  
diameter, clearly much larger than the traditional bolt hole. What do  
people do who want to fit shoulder harnesses for the front seats?
