RE: [T3] rear window


I remember seeing some special paint that was for this application. I think
I saw it in hemmings motor news. As far as masking-I would think you could
get regular masking tape, cover the area you want to paint, then with a
x-acto type knife, and a metal straight edge-cut out the tape where you want
the paint to go.

It's one of those things on my list...but pretty low on it.

Is there a kind of masking/striping tape that one can use to do narrow 
pinstripes? I'm thinking about something where you lay down a tape and then 
peel up a center section leaving a thin open strip which will let you paint
a pinstripe. I wonder if one could do a good repair this way.

Where would one look for striping tape like this?
