Like Steve said, you have to get at it from below. For 71-3, you have to take 
out the radio and the airbox, and then reach up thru the hole to the underside 
of the squirter. There are 2 tabs/hooks that hold it in place, one on each 
side. I THINK the only movable one is on the passenger side, so you have to 
squeeze that side in while pushing up.
