Is the face of your rear drum flush with the step in the hub there where it 
fits? If not, you should also replace the drums. The correct drums have a 
pressed steel face there that is only about 3 mm thick. Apparently there are 
some cheap aftermarket drums which are one piece with cast iron all around. 
Those have a face which is 6-7 mm thick.

You just need to look at where the drum fits onto the hub. The transition there 
should be almost perfectly smooth. In other words the height of the step in the 
hub is the same as the thickness of the face of the drum. If it's not, you need 
a different drum. Check both sides.
