<x-flowed>Agreed.  Besides, bolting a body to a pan with a seal between them will 
be more than enough to keep water out!  From my personal experience I 
know the seal works -- put my baby in a water-filled ditch, 25+ years of 
daily use, and floated the car across a deep puddle...
