According the parts list, this part changed at the beginning of the '67 model 
year. I believe that Russ's photo shows the early version while Daniel has the 
late one, which should be correct for his '69. The parts list is clear that the 
dual carb engine bracket changed then. It's not clear what the one it changed 
TO actually looked like (there's no drawing.)

There's some uncertainty in the parts list here, however. The U- engines, the 
FI ones that I'm most familiar with, are not listed, so I'm guessing that they 
got what everyone else got from '67-on.

I suspect that my memory of a late style with only one "arm" is just a memory 
of a broken late version.
