Are tie rod ends and ball joints standard vw parts, like on a type 1? Are they different after the style change in '70? Is there a tool available to pop the tie rod ends loose or will a small bearing puller work? and on a different subject-- Is front and rear window rubber available that allows retention of the stock metal trim pieces? questions, questions, this is a great list.
