<x-flowed>I did a similar seal on my 70, similar to the DDB seal that is. I bought 
this seal from a FLMPS (FLAPS for boats). On my 70, there was no wide 
bright trim on the rocker panel, only a small strip of metal to clamp 
the carpet. With this removed (or the bright work removed) the seal will 
go all the way around the door, and will also hold the carpet like the 
original metal clamp.
