For an alternate 4 lug pattern on a T-1 I had a machine shop drill and 
press studs into the drums, it was like 10 years ago, but I remember it 
being pretty cheap.  Don't know if that would be an option for 5 lug.

then there's the Airkewld.com, who offer a variety of bolt patterns on 
their kits:

I don't know if those are good kits or not, [ they're expensive. ] I 
just got sent to to that site the other day.

there's probably other options in between.
