I don't think the FI idle adjustment was ever enough to stall the engine. If 
you've just put this engine back together then its likely that the 4 big 
connections on the side of the IAD are leaking. The trick to that is to leave 
all those parts loose until they are ALL in place, then tighten the bolts so 
that the big hoses are under no stress. If the leaks are small, the hoses will 
slowly conform and seal better as the engine goes thru a few heat cycles.

Don't go the multiple hose clamp route. That's just a sign of ignorance here.

Keith Park has those connectors, but I find that I can usually just squeeze 
them down a bit and tighten them. This is commonly required on the injectors, 
especially if they have been replaced.
