RE: [T3] productive time...update


I guess I'm not being clear(that's what my friend always tells me too)...

I can get all the bolts out of this thing...what I can't do is get the bolt
holes on the bumper bracket to align with the threaded nuts on the frame, at
the same time as the reinforcing bar holes are lined up with the holes on
the underside of the bumper. Sometime in the history of these
parts-something got bent...

TO get the rusty bumper bolts out... you need to heat the bolt head BRIGHT
ORANGE hot... almost to melting, then let it cool to just black and take it
out with a 6 point socket (NOT 12 point).  They have ALWAYS come out for me
this way but it does take an Oxy torch.

If anybody in the NE ever needs things loosened etc. feel free to stop by if
you can get to the ALbany area, Id be glad to torch it for you.  Let me
rephrase that.... Id be glad to help you out with an Oxy Torch.
