For what it's worth: Having grown up in Sun Valley, CA (there's also a Sun Valley, Idaho), I can attest to the fact that there was never a VW dealer there. The closest VW dealership was the long-since-gone Kendal Valley Volkswagen in Van Nuys, across from the world famous Galpin Ford. If anyone should have a Kendal license plate frame, I'd be interested in acquiring it.
