Gary,

We'll assume here that you've checked you pan, and
it's not just a sieve.  In that case I would look at
the little boot that goes around the brake pushrod
behind the pedal.  That's a big hole if the boot is
shot.  I would also check on the plate where all of
the pipes enter the tunnel.
