[T3] rear skirt replacement?

Is there a easy way out there for repairing / replacing the rear skirt on 
my T3?........mine has a nice big ol' crease going across this panel (ya 
know, the panel that is behind the bumper).....I'd love to replace it, but 
it looks like it's welded onto the body sides..........
any good fixes out there?
