I restore them.  And thats just it... the Blau's need to be RESTORED.
Depending on how many Via's the circuitboard has it could run you between
$75 and $150 or so (without seeing it).  I Have an Emden IIIe, but not
currently using it.  Filter capacitor always need to be changed and ALL the
via posts replaced... they are the source of the intermittants.
