I like the way my heater smells, a lot actually. It's along the same lines as the smell
that old vacuum tube audio equipment gives off, as it is heating decades of accumulated
daily reside.

Being a tube audio fan,(I have a couple of tube mono amps),I hear ya!

The VW smell is unique [I think], but quite enjoyable all the same.

I can only agree except,and as long as,it isn't carbon monoxide!


Perhaps placing a bag with some stale baked goods [like cinnamon raisin bagels or some
other pleasant smelling thing] behind the seats where it will get hit with heat will
counter the smell of rodentia as it washes out.

Great idea,that.
