Just received a brilliant description of restoring the electric fuel pump from a club member. The cover O-ring is 48mm inside diameter by 2.5mm rubber diameter, or 1.862" x 0.103" BS 104 - maybe the BS104 is an imperial code also used in the USA. They're all Nitrile type, hardness 70 shore, if that's any help Dave.
