this is not always the case, so don't get fooled when the mouseover is 
correct.
sometimes even mousing over will  show ebay's URL.  [ there's an 
onclick javascript handler to direct
you to the fake site.  of course that only works in some mail reading 
situations. ]

I get 4 - 14 of these a week, for ebay and paypal combined.
I also get some for many banks.  It's really a nasty epidemic.
