I am not saying that everyone should be able to do it in those times, but it gives you an idea what you should expect. Also, I used to run my own repair shop, and I had to compete with the dealers time wise. And I didn't have a hoist. Just a 2 car garage and a couple good floor jacks. I made good money. The example I was giving was that 2 hours to replace a battery is rediculous.
