Hi,

Car is due for registration and have been trying to fix the high beams.  Low
beams and parking/quarter lights work fine.  The light bulbs are new as
well.  When I pull the turn signal indicator lever to put the high beams it
does not click any more.  I am suspecting the relay, but anybody has any
other ideas? And, how can I test if it's the relay?
