<x-flowed>I'm not sure about my state laws, because I've been driving it year 
round for 7 years!  I know this would be a privilege for many of you.  
The car has been extremely reliable, never let me down once.  The 
challenge is scrapping windows and staying defrosted, getting the carbs 
setup (and learning the warmup routine), driving in downpours (again 
staying defrosted), and crossing the Columbia River I-205 bridge with 
above 40 mph gusts.  RE: snow, its rare enough here that I enjoy it, 
everyone else stays home.  The big turning point to making this bearable 
was fixing the water leaks, keeping the interior bone dry.
