Running hot with a high idle indicates a probable timing issue, likely 
too advanced. You'll want to run your tune-up procedures: valves, dwell, 
timing.

That's not oil pressure, that's oil falling out of your breather.  This 
reads like your breather system is incomplete, and oil splashed up by 
the crank is getting caught in the vent.
