I do have the charging FAQ.
I did do the test with the DF wire disconnected.

I did this before the big bunch of rains began,
but if I recall correctly:

At the battery,  I get around 11 volts at medium
RPM and a little over 12 at high RPM.

I don't recall if I checked voltage at D+ with DF connected.

I'll redo these tests ASAP and report back.
