I don't think the problem is with the box. More likely you have
something that is not tight. How about the rubber coupler between the
shaft and the box?
Is the pinch bolt at the pitman arm tight? Are those splines good?
Was the pinch bolt at that spline tight??
Is the steering wheel tight?
The picture of the box doesn't look like the boxes I see on LHD cars.
Unless it is the camera angle.
