[T3] Fuel injection problems...again

ok the 68 was running pretty good, but now has devoloped a oil leak... so ill have to drop the motor. but yesterday i was driving and it became sluggish.... it started to backfire a little bit but i made it home... its running rich... how do i adjust this.. and when you rev the motor... to about 4500 and let it go back to idle, its like it dies... but catch's itself before it does... is that a fuel injection thing... if so... thats wierd....
and does anyone have any pictures on how everything should look on a F.I. motor... becuase im not so sure of some things... hopefully i can correct them while the motor is out and being cleaned and yes... new flywheel seal... i might pull the heads off and check some things... and since im a paranoid person... number 3 might come off and check the rod for play.... the motor was built in 89 and i have no clue on how many miles it has now... i would have to say atleast 20 thousand.... grrrr... I really dont want to rip out the F.I. but if i have to i will.... i would trade for a good said of Baby webers or proper solex's (the whole setup, linkage , manifolds, carbs , air filter housing... i mean every last bit.... but if i can get the f.i. to work right i wont go to carbs... wish Adney lived next door... :::sobs:::
Again pictures... i need pictures on how this engine is supposed to look fully dressed to impress. so 68 or 69 F.I. motors will do... HELP!!!
