I'd leave it unplugged and adjust the idle etc normally and with the engine 
warm. There's some chance that the AAR will free itself up on its own once 
you've put it thru a few warmup cycles. Maybe drip a couple of drops of oil in 
there to help it.

If it does free itself, it will probably be obvious if your weather is cool. 
Otherwise, you'll probably never notice the the change.
