Regarding the Temp Sensor readings: I don't think they are explained clearly in Bentley. For reference, I use a D-Jet manual excerpt that I found on Toby E's website. "icbm.org" or something similar. Do a search on the site for "d-jet", and it should come up. It has been a few years, so I hope it is still there. Good info there. The Elfrink FI manual is also excellent. I really think your temp readings are fine, though. The missing seal on your pressure sensor would make me wonder a bit, but only after making darn sure that everything else was in order. Especially regular ignition tune-up items. On your '69 you should have a pressure SWITCH (under right-hand-side intake runners). Is the hose between that and the intake manifold there and in good condition?
