My local VW dealership happened to have two gaskets sitting around in the random bin. No idea what the part number was or the actual application, but they'll fit the flange just fine. I love showing up at the dealership and asking for Type 3 parts. The young guys want nothing to do with me, only the old timers at the parts counter. So that's taken care of.
