Thanks for the answer Jim, Iwas hoping you would read it. I'm rebuilding my spare. (It's the 19mm) I have a cylinder hone and feel comfortable doing this it's just the whole thing of it being able to stop me. (something about a gas tank half filled with 95 octane being my "crumple zone" ;-) P.S. My local vw mech won't do it. Claims it's a liability issue!? >I can do it for you.
