Some of the entries give ranges for the BP with 77 being just the bottom so I think you're right about that being just the most volatile element. In fact, the reason for all the entries is that there isn't just one standard gasoline formulation.

If the common BP was that low we wouldn't have stories about vapor lock only happening after the car's engines get hot.
