[T3] oil sump studs

<x-flowed>I've got two leaky studs at the oil sump that I can hand-turn easily so I'm 
wondering how to go about locking them down and sealing them. Will red 
loctite do the trick? I can Q-tip the case threads to remove excess oil 
before reinserting the studs, but will the loctite seat with the oil 
residue that is bound to be remaining?

Also, does anybody have a tip/trick for tightening the pickup tube holddown 
nut (the10mm one inside the case that screws on to the back side of one of 
the sump studs)? I backed that stud out a tad to accommodate the new 1.5 qt 
deep sump I installed, and am now totally paranoid that the bolt on top is 
loose, so I'm dying to take a wrench to it... but how?!
