Just one more thing to check - when you start up, can you hear a background rumbly noise that quietens after 2 or 3 seconds? If so, it's definitely worn bearings. If all those you check all those things it is still doing it, it's very possibly an intolerant oil pressure sensor - try another, or maybe you can get a reading with an oil pressure gauge to be sure.
