It's hard to generalize from only one data sample, but 65mph is an 8% increase
in speed over 60mph.  It doesn't seem like that much, but there it is. 
Aerodynamic forces are also substantial, and rise as the square of the speed,
so the aero drag on the car increases by 18% when you increase the speed from
60mph to 65mph.  Increasing the speed from 60 to 70mph increases aero drag by 36%.
