[T3] 71 square radio instalation

someone had pulled the radio out of my 71 square with out me to witness
the event.  im trying to place the original radio pack in and i cant
figure out where theese last two wires go.  and there is also a wire with
a plastic connection in the middle is there supposed to be a fuse in
there?  thanks.
