[T3] Parking Brake

<x-flowed>Yeah sorry all I was a bit slow this morning when typing...too much beer or 
too little coffee, one of those must be it.

It's a 69 Squareback....my plan is do possibly do a brake job for the rear 
while I'm back there...so we'll see.
