I have almost > 300Kmi on my front end and the bearings and bushings are fine, but Ive seen > 60Kmi beams that were shot too. The arms have marks where the bushings are for about 3/4 circumference, but measure 33.0mm dia in several different directions, so they seem perfectly round. The marks are just a texture change on the surface and have no discernable step at the edge. However, the beam itself is holed, so will require some work: http://vw1600e.org.uk/broken/beam.jpg > I can send my front end FAQ if youd like, but I think its on type3.org now > too. Yes please.
