That is about a '66 T-3 distributor. Points should not be hard to find.
They are the same as a '65-'70 T-1.

Put in a new set, put some lub on the rubbing block, get them set at
.016" (dwell of 46 to 50 degrees)and forget them. In a dune Buggy, they
should last for several years. The points in my '71 FB were installed
sometime back in the 1980's, and have never been readjusted. They are
genuine Bosch points. You will have more trouble than that with a
pertronix.

NO, it will make it worse. If you want an 009, I will give you one for
the postage. If you want a better dist. get one from a later FI engine.
You won't even need the vacuum advance. Just make sure the mechanical
advance works.
