Sorry you have had so much trouble.

I'm afraid you've proved my point about the most expensive way to solve 
problems is to just start replacing parts. There are simple ways to test each 
of these parts first, so you don't waste your time and money replacing parts 
which may be better than the replacement.

I'll send you my generator FAQ which will walk you thru the testing.
