Actually... its the carb bowls and fuel pump that is empty... pumping the
pedal wont speed up thier filling its just cranking and the working of the
fuel pump that needs to re-prime.  I could prime them manually but picture
this car backed into the carport and jammed to one side for the winter so
the Square will fit in there too... not easy to get into the back.
Hopefully the battery will die at some time other than when I start it in
the spring :)

I dont remember my FI regulator Sighing... but I have a pressure gauge on
that car.  I find that some winters the check valve seals well and the
pressure come right back up and others it takes a while.
