What you have in the picture is a mixture of oil cooler seals and early rocker shaft stud seals. The longer black ones will be the oil cooler seals. Don't try using the shorter ones, or you WILL have a failure. they are not designed for a pressure seal. There was only one seal ever used in that style. And it is those longer black ones. -- Russ Wolfe '71 FB AT '66 FB MT '64 T34 (not running) '65 T1 (not running) russw@classicvw.org http://www.classicvw.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
