Somebody is already producing a similar product. Here is Neil's tach page for reference, I believe they are the Tacho-Thomas reproductions. I think they run around $250. That price is keeping me away. I wish this guy would have chronicled the conversion. I got a few clocks and don't mind tinkering. :) I'll defer to the experts.
